KÖPENICKI KAPTEN |
Synopsis: A true story that took place at the beginning of the 20th century in the little town of Köpenick in Germany. The works of Heinrich Zille are used to create the atmosphere of Berlin.
A satiric film about a shoemaker dressed in an officer's uniform who stops a company of soldiers and takes over the town hall with their help in a bloodless coup. The film ridicules blind obedience to those in uniform.
