Synopsis:
An up to date version of the Golden Fish tale, where everything is turned over . the fisherman lives under the water and the fish beggs him to help her to escape from this dirty place. Side by side with the ecological problems an important place in the film is assigned to the pollution of social environment ; the underwater live is extremely dreary, the first fisherman wish is to become minister.
There are both that puppets and animated characters used in the film.
